Refund policy
We want you to love your jewelry purchase, so if you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Return eligibility conditions
If you wish to return your jewelry, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags and documentation attached, and in the original packaging (jewelry box, drawstring bag, etc.). Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
How to start a return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at info@sarzu.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If you're returning the product due to a change of mind or personal preference and the product is in good condition, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that returns from outside United Kingdom may take longer than usual to arrive.
Regarding damage and malfunctions
Please be sure to inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will deal with it promptly.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on custom-made, made-to-order, engraved, or personalized jewelry. Earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any questions, please contact info@sarzu.com.
About exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and once your return has been approved, place a new order for the item you would like to exchange. Please also follow these instructions for size exchanges, etc.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For deliveries within the European Union, you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. Jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
We will contact you once your returned item has arrived and been inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your card or bank to process your refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact info@sarzu.com.
